Hello, I’m Lucy
Hi, I’m Lucy, I’m a qualified Nurse and an Infant and Child Sleep Consultant, and I’ve been supporting families in the sleep space for over seven years. Before that, I worked as a nurse, primarily with children, so caring for little ones and helping families has always been at the heart of my work and continues to be a passion of mine.
Over the years I’ve had the privilege of working with thousands of families, from newborns just a few weeks old through to busy, curious five-year-olds, helping them find calmer nights, better routines, and more rest for everyone.
From the moment you reach out, my goal is to walk alongside you. I’ll take the time to understand your baby, your parenting style, your family’s rhythm, and anything else that makes your situation unique, whether that’s older siblings with activity schedules, feeding considerations, temperament, or your comfort level with different settling approaches. There is truly no one-size-fits-all solution here.
I believe sleep support should feel safe, kind, and judgment-free. I will never ask you to do anything that doesn’t align with your values. Together, we’ll create a holistic plan that feels right for your family and I’ll guide you step by step as you implement it.
My mission isn’t only to help your baby sleep better now, but to teach you the tools and understanding you need to navigate sleep confidently as your child grows. I want you to feel empowered, supported, and able to show up as the parent you want to be, well rested and with a little more calm in your days and nights.
